The platform is designed around limited retention, controlled access, and data minimization principles.

Temporary file handling

Uploaded files are stored temporarily with internal anonymous reference codes during the review period.

Files are not intended to be publicly accessible, indexed, or listed through public file URLs.

  • Files are deleted after 12 hours or earlier if deleted by the user.
  • Access is limited to authorized account and review workflows.
  • The service uses essential cookies for login, session security, CSRF protection, and account access.

KVKK-aware design

Veridict AI is designed to support privacy-conscious processing expectations for users in Türkiye. The platform avoids permanent storage of uploaded documents after the assessment period.

Veridict AI provides technical, probability-based document assessment. It does not provide legal proof, academic proof, disciplinary proof, or a guaranteed final AI-detection verdict.
