File Deletion Policy

Uploaded documents are retained only during the assessment period and are deleted after 12 hours or earlier if deleted by the user.

This limited retention approach supports privacy-conscious document handling.

Internal anonymous reference codes

During the review period, uploaded files may be associated with internal anonymous reference codes for system processing and review workflow purposes.

No public file access

Uploaded files are not designed to be available through public URLs. Access is limited to authorized account and review workflows.
